Both are okay. You can take any of them. Hemfer additionally has cyanocobalamin which is a good vitamin specially if the lady is vegetarian.

Hello, You need to get evaluated for PCOD, hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia which can be other common causes for delaying menses after pregnancy has been ruled out. You may opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterone to initiate your menses. please follow up.

Hello Doctors, Actually I have bulky uterus of size 94a,31a,44 mm my gynaecology prescribed me two medicine's one is hemfer xt for 1 month second one is dienogest 2 mg for 6 weeks. I am having these medicine's from last one month on 2nd of July I got my periods but now its to be complete 10 days but still my periods are not stopped, so I'm tensed that this normal because my gynae told me this run happens because you have a large endometrics, so doctors please tell me it's normal or not?
