You need to eat calorie dense foods which will give you more calories in less quantity. Only eating more will give other health problems along weight gain.

do regular exercise, daily massage your body with Tila ( sesame) oil, take proper diet,milk,cows ghee in regularly,fresh fruits,dry fruits,green vegetables,protein rich food, proper sleep.
