Folmet tablet contains Folic acid. Folic acid is essential to numerous bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. It is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia.
Usage:- Folmet tablet is used for the treatment of nutritional anaemia that occurs especially during pregnancy and lactation. Folmet tablet is also taken by pregnant females to prevent birth defects in the developing foetus.

congratulations, you can stop ovacare. You need only folic acid and some progesterone supplement now for next 12 weeks. And you also will need first trimester screening for baby. Hope that helps.
You are already taking proper medication, just need to rest and take proper nutrition. And get cardiac scan done next week, for now do not take too much stress.
