Hair loss is most commonly caused by anaemia which less hemoglobin. I would suggest you get a hb checked. Start with 1. Cap autrin twice a day 2. Tab keragloweva once a day 3. Foligain lotion at bedtime. Regards.

Hello dr, I am 40 years old female. Suffering from hair fall for abt 10 yrs. Till the time medication is on, loss is in control and then whatever grown falls in double leaving my current volume just in countable hair strands and 5% then what I had earlier. Allopathy, homeopathy, ayurvedic and minoxidil lotions - all tried but results have been only temporary. I have thyroid at border level and have been taking thyronorm 12.5 mg. I had got usg done in 2019 and minor pcos was in beginning stage. I have now advised by my Dr. friend to use dermadew shampoo, foligain and consume keraglow eva. Needed your views and treatment recommendations.

I have itchy scalp and hair fall since last 6 months. My crown hair density got low. I consulted a doctor he said I don't have dandruff but whenever I comb my hair dry flakes fall down. Hello Lybrate-user! hair loss can be due to various reasons, genetic, hormonal, nutritional, dandruff, stress ,pollution etc. We have to examine the scalp to know the reason for hair loss. Use ketoconozole containing shampoo like head and shoulders, scalpe etc to control dandruff. Continue foligain tablet again .if not responding check your blood tests to rule out any deficiencies.
