Fitfoot Cream is composed of Allantoin, Dimethicone, Glycerin, Liquid paraffin, and Propylene glycol.

Urea, as has been termed as bodys Natural moisturizing factor, helps in unpacking the dry skin cells and thereby expose the water bonding sites. This further assists these cells to absorb and retain the moisture. Allantoin serves as a keratinolyte and makes it more hydrated.
Dimethicone, a silicone based polymer, works as an anti-foaming agent and protectant of the skin. It works by forming a hydrating barrier on the skin and thereby adding smoothness and shine to the skin.
Glycerin, a skin repairing ingredient, is amongst the established ingredient in the skincare products. Glycerin in combination with other components readily puts a barrier on the skin and does not allow loss of water from the skin.
Liquid paraffin serves as the emollient and white soft paraffin as skin lubricant. Additionally, the cream can be used for protection of raw skin, as a pre-bathing emollient and lubrication and protection of eyes in dry conditions.
