Ferrogen-Z tablet is Nutritional supplement which contains Elemental iron, Cyanocobalamin, Folic acid and Zinc.

Role of key ingredient:-
Iron transports oxygen throughout the body and maintains red blood cells, thus making an individual feel energetic and preventing anemia.
Cyanocobalamin is particular importance during pregnancy. Cyanocobalamin promotes the initiation and maturation of blood cells supporting the pregnancy.
Folic acid is essential to numerous bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. It is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia.
Zinc particular importance during pregnancy. Zinc is essential for normal foetal growth

Can start with tab ferrogen xt once daily. Watch for symptoms of gastritis. Include foods likes beans, lentils,tofu, green leafy vegetables, blue berries, olives,beetroot pomegranate. Repeat hb after 1 month. Get serrum iron level done once.
