Ferrotone syrup contains Ferrous Fumarate,Folic Acid,Cyanocobalamin,Copper Sulphate,Manganese Sulphate,Zinc Sulphate and Calcium carbonate.
Role of key ingredients:-
Ferrotone syrup is a nutritional supplement having the combination of iron, vitamins & minerals. The Ferrous Fumarate salt helps reduce the chances of getting gastro-intestinal problems which are usually associated with other iron salts. It has around 33% of elemental iron. Copper Sulfate is essential to the human body to help promote normal growth and good health. Specifically, it helps with bone development, nerve function and sugar metabolism. Taking manganese orally in combination with calcium, zinc, and copper helps reduce spinal bone loss. Zinc is vital in the production of T-cells, which help fight infections. It plays a critical role in protein synthesis and carbohydrate metabolism. Folic acid is a form of the water-soluble vitamin B9 and is a key factor in the synthesis of nucleic acid (DNA & RNA). It is vital for production of healthy red blood cells. Calcium carbonate is a calcium supplement that is used in deficiency states.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Weakness is because of lack of nutrition. Being underweight is usually due to poor nutrition and poor nutrition is the reason for lack of energy and stamina. So, first try to take good food and work on improving your health. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Get glowing skin at home Just put some olive oil on a cotton pad and gently massage the oil onto your face to get rid of the makeup and dirt. Don't: Forget that exfoliation is indispensable. At least once or twice a week, exfoliate your skin to remove the layers of dead skin, sure to leave you with a more healthy glow and brighter skin.

But both TB ferro and mantoux showed different result, pleural fluid got reduced to 10, doctor said we can't collect fluid. Is there any chances of sorting out the disease?

10 ml of fluid is not detected by any method. TB fluid in most cases will not reduce without treatment.

Hi. Start aking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 ? a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.
