The vitamins acts as antioxidants.. so instead of applying any you should start multivitamin tablet... as vitamin A, Vitamin C are also equally important in skin health...

Routine supplementation of EVION 400 mg without any medical indication is not advisable. It is a fat soluble vitamin and long term intake can lead to its storage in fat of the body.
