Evaday capsule mainly consists of multivitamins like Vitamin A, C, K, D3, B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin etc., Evening primrose oil, soya isoflavanoids and multi minerals like calcium, copper, iodine, manganese, magnesium, potassium etc. The tablets are taken as food supplements which are used to support healthy bodys metabolism and it helps the body to produce various essential substances like neurotransmitters and Red blood cells. These tablets are helpful in repigmentation of uneven coloration of skin. Overdosage may cause problems like headache, weakness, frequent urination, diarrhea in some patients. Take one to two tablets in a day as food supplement orally with water.
