Hello in melasma, the most important rule to be followed is sun protection. Make sure to reapply your sunscreen every 3-4 hours (morning, afternoon). Eukroma works for the spots on your face slowly.

I will suggest you to not apply any ointment and just avoid going in direct sunlight for two weeks because kojic acid is more harmful
