I am having 1st stage piles problem. How it will get cure and how much time will it take?

1. Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool. 2. Sit in a bath tub containing warm water with little salt for some time twice daily (sitz bath). 3. Take two tea spoonful lof softovac/naturolax powder with a glass of warm water/milk in the evening or syrup duphalac 3 tsf (15 ml) twice daily if there is constipation. 4. Take fiber containing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. 5. Consult doctor for further advice.

Hello Dr. please suggest me which milk should I give to my child as he is 2 years old. Cow milk pure is not available nearby. So please suggest best formula milk best for DHA purpose. Is Enfagrow milk good .As it is mentioned it is world's no. 1 milk. Or any other please suggest.

You can take lactogen formula milk for more than 1 year child. 1spoon milk powder nd 6spoon pure water. It will make 30 ml milk. It contains all DHA nd necessary things.

Hello! You should include iron and calcium rich foods in your daily diet. Along with good quality protein, complex carbs, good fats should be in balance. Foods like- whole wheat, brown rice, red poha, any pulses, leafy vegetable, sweet potato, soya bean n products, milk n products, almond,walnut,dates,lean chicken or fish,freash seasonal fruits etc. should be in your meal.For more specific diet plan you can contact me personally.Wish you good health.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly.
