If you would have mentioned weight of your baby then it would have been easy for me to access baby's growth and digestion. Motion every 3-4 days should not be worrisome if baby is having normal appetite. Gripe water is big no no. Avoid giving daily colicaid syp which may delay baby's motion frequency. At the age of 8 months babies don't need any support for digestion. Better if you take advice from your paediatrician regarding baby food formulations.
