Hello, Thanks for the query. Fasting glucose 93 mg is normal. However, 190 mg after food is high. It is shows pre-diabetic stage. Once if glucose after food crosses 200 mg, it is confirmed diabetes. Between 141 to 199 mg, it is pre-diabetes. She needs to take precautions so that diabetes does not develop early. Take a restricted diet, avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, foods made from maida and colas. Exercise daily for 1 hour, brisk walking is very good.
