DR. Relief Red Balm provide speedy relief in inflammation and pain, with rapid and deep absorption directly to the affected area within 30 minutes of application.
Dr.Relief red balm is a blend of esterified (stabilized) fatty acids combined with menthol, peppermint oil, cassia oil eucalyptus oil, tea tree oil, grape seed oil and cinnamon leaf oil for naturally soothing and immediate relief. Cassia oil provides a soothing aroma, as well as this ointment s familiar reddish-brown color. The herbal blend helps to relieve joint and muscle pain and soothe tired muscles. It can be used during warm up before exercise or to ease soreness after working out. It helps to reduce pain and inflammation due to osteoarthritis and provides temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises and sprains.

Adults and children two years of age and older:
Apply balm sparingly to affected areas not more than three to four times daily and gently massage the area. Children under two years of age consult a physician before .

My ankle has been since last week applied balm & all but didn't got relief. Please help me.

Hi take rest keep ankle elevated apply cold pack for 20 minutes/thrice a day apply compression bandage. Do ankle toe movement. Take ultrasound therapy at physiotherapy clinic. Still pain doesn't go get it xray done and consult me via lybrate.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
