Ustilago is homeopathic remedy prepared is prepared from the fungi, corn smut. It is well known in complaints of the related to sexual organs and genitals as follows

Female

Excessive sexual fantasies with uncontrollable masturbation.
Excessive bleeding during menopause. Blood is bright red in colour and partly clotted. Cervicitis.
Profuse menses after miscarriage
Ovaries burn, pain, swell
Cervix bleed easily

Male

Uncontrollable masturbation.
Spermatorrh?a, with erotic fancies and amorous dreams.
