GLONOINUM MOTHER TINCTURE
This remedy commonly known as nitroglycerine, is very effective for headaches and has pulsating or throbbing sensation accompanying other complains. It helps in treating following symptoms:

Head

Heaviness of head, but cannot lie down on pillow
Dizziness on sitting straight, along with confusion
Headaches vary according to timings of sun, cannot bear heat at all around head
