GELSEMIUM SEMPERVIRENS MOTHER TINCTURE
Commonly known as Yellow Jasmine, gelsemium is a deep acting remedy that is indicated in people who are quite, like to stay alone, and dull. This remedy acts on especially the nervous and muscular systems of the body and helps in resolving following symptoms. Complaints that start after side effects of fear, bad news, exciting news, sudden emotions, sun, summer heat. Patient is always thirstless with all complaints, even during fever.

Mind

Dullness, languor, listless.

Head

Dizziness that spreads from base of the head
Head feels heavy along with sensation of tightness around the head
Pain in the sides of head travelling towards ears, nose and chin
Headache is relieved by keeping head raised on pillow

Headache with double vision or loss of vision temporarily, begins with blindness .
Vertigo.

Throat

Sensation as if there is lump in throat

Dose- 15 drops of Gelsemium mother tincture in half a cup of normal water twice a day until symptoms disappear for 3 months or as prescribed by physician. Can be taken with other allopathic medicines.

Precautions

Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
