Dear Lybrate User, You may be suffering from a clinical condition called PHIMOSIS. The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery. However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home. 1) Buy Betamethasone cream from local allopathic shop. During buying you should check the composition of the cream to confirm whether it contains 0.05% Betamethasone in it. If you cannot find 0.05% Betamethasone cream then you can buy any local Anaesthetic Gel (e.g. Lidocaine, Lignocaine, Xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) Apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached. 3) After application of the gel, retract the foreskin backwards as far as you can. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin backwards to some extent more than you can do in normal condition. 4) Release the foreskin when you feel pain 5) Again repeat the same process. Do it continuously for at least 30 minutes in a day. Within a month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose

Most of the doctors ask him if he uses detergents or solvents frequently which is a clear "no! the doctors have prescribed him lots of ointments such as lippu ointment, verdura intense moisturizing lotion, dermalibourrepairing cream, dermovate,777 oil which has to apply and place his hands in the sun for 5 minutes, psorolina medicated bathing bar to wash his hands, bioderma, beclomin ointment, candiderma ointment and finally anti bio tics pills. None have been helpful and effective. My dad is still suffering and it's becoming really painful. This has been the case for 4 years, sometimes the disease calms down and go away but then it comes back. I really need the proper and right information about that disease and its cure. You can do the following to ease the symptoms of psoriasis 1. Prevent dry skin use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts. Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming. 2. Avoid fragrances most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis. 3. Eat healthfully diet may play a role in managing psoriasis. Eliminating red meat and fatty snacks may help reduce flare-ups triggered by such foods. Cold water fish, seeds, nuts, and omega-3 fatty acids are known for their ability to reduce inflammation. 4. Soak your body hot water may be an irritant for your skin. However, a lukewarm bath can soothe the itching and infiltrate scales and plaques. Moisturize immediately after your bath for double benefits. 5. Reduce stress any chronic condition like psoriasis can be a source of stress. This can often turn into a vicious cycle because stress itself can worsen psoriasis symptoms. In addition to reducing stress whenever possible, consider incorporating stress-reducing practices such as yoga and meditation. 6. Avoid alcohol alcohol is a trigger for many people who have psoriasis. 7. Stop smoking avoid tobacco. Smoking may increase your risk of psoriasis. If you already have psoriasis, it can also make your symptoms more severe. For this homeopathic treatment is very effective for more details you can consult me.
