Diet Protein powder is a nutritional health drink that is enriched with a Protein Blend (Milk Protein Concentrate (80% Micellar Casein, 20% Whey Protein), Ultra Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate, Peptide-Bonded Glutamine (derived from Wheat Protein), Cross Flow Micro Filtered Whey Protein Isolate), Clarinol Conjugated Linoleic.
These nutrients ensure the continuous supply of Amino acids for formation of haemoglobin, production of enzymes, and maintaining tissues. This Diet Protein powder supplement maintains good health, boosts energy level and enhances the immunity system. Yes. You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.

If you r eating non veg food thrice in a week then you need not take extra proteins. U should take protein supplements only when you exercise. And after exercise. Protein intake depends on your weight. For example if your weight is 64 kgs then you should consume approximately 65 gms of protens. If you r eating vegetarian food then soya, cereals, spinach, milk etc r good sources of proteins.
