Information about Dfo Gel

DFO Gel contains a unique combination of Diclofenac, Linseed oil, Methyl Salicylate and Menthol . Diclofenac reduces inflammation while Methyl Salicylate and Menthol penetrate deep into the affected area and act as mild analgesics.
DFO gel is indicated for relief from pain, swelling and inflammation due to arthritis; low back pain, neck pain & shoulder pain, pain due to sports injury (please dont apply on open wounds, cuts, burns etc), sprains & strains.
DFO can be applied to the site of local pain 3-4 times a day. Since, DFO goes deep to the site of pain in the joints and muscles so it provides quick and effective relief from pain.
Children can use DFO under supervision of adults to avoid accidental ingestion or DFO accidentally being applied to the eyes.

Hi if pain is severe take bed rest and apply dfo gel followed by hot water bag. As pain is relieved you should start with static back exercise and progress to strengthening exercise of back and core muscles but start exercise in supervision of physiotherapist.

Take ultrasonic massge and short wave diathermy for 15 days regularly. At your nearby physiotherapy center. Do back extension exercises at home twice a day 10 times each. Apply dfo gel twice on your back.

My right leg's thumb has very heavy pain when I touch it so any pain relief cream I can use for it, Please advise.

Hi you can use volini or dfo gel. Apply cold pack for 20 min. Thrice a day for 5 days. Still pain doesn't go and need further advice contact me via lybrate. Wishing you a good health.

You can have tab. Zerodol Mr. Along with maxidol/dfo gel for local application. Also you can have calcium 500mg once at night with milk and also get one vitamin d3 injection injected. Thanks.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
