-take protein rich diet -take fatty acids (fish oil, omega 3) -take green leafy vegetables like spinach. -go for a regular checkup, esp. For vitamin b12. Iron, copper, iodine. -de-stress yourself -masage with cow butter (fresh) if it is not a genetic problem, it will be solved.

You are still young and can wait. If there is a deficiency that is restricting your growth, go for regular checkup for b12, iron, iodine copper. Apply cow's fresh butter on the areas. If nothing works, it might be hereditary. Later you can go for hair transplant. If you do just have hair, shaving will not help you get hair on the area.
