I am 25 male, I applied dettol handwash on my scrotum and kept it for 20-25 mins while masturbating. But now after 2-3 days my scrotum skin is very dry and black in between of scrotum and it is painful during itching what could be done. Also I wear tight underwear.

I had been vaccinated against rabies on 0,3,7,14,28 days. The last vaccination was on 29 june. On that day 29 june a puppy licked my leg. I had forgotten about that and was folding my other clothes.
