Dermex Cream

Dermex Cream is a water soluble skin emollient. The cream is composed of lactic acid, liquid paraffin, propylene glycol and urea which protects the skin by providing a barrier across the skin protecting it from dust, grease and pollution.

Benefits of key ingredients:
Lactic Acid, a natural humectant, helps in treating damaged skin by providing extra water to the skin and making the skin softer and smoother.
Together, white soft paraffin and liquid paraffin, is used as a barrier cream. It hydrates, soothes and smoothens the skin.
Propylene glycol is a moisturizer, skin conditioning agent, carrier in fragrance oils, solvent and viscosity decreasing agent.
Urea serves as emollient for the skin and averts water/moisture loss from the skin surface, thereby keeping the skin hydrated. It helps to breakdown the dry and hard skin and shed it off.
