Dailycal Ortho Tablet is a combination of calcium carbonate, calcitriol and zinc. It is a rich source of calcium in the body. Calcium is needed for a normal functioning of nerves, muscles, bones and cells. This nutritional supplement restores sufficient calcium levels in our body so as to prevent absorption of the same from bones. Thus, it helps to maintain bone strength. It also facilitates an enhanced absorption of calcium and phosphorus. It is mainly indicated in people who have low calcium in their blood due to hypoparathyroidism or improper kidney functioning.

Stiffness in knees can be quite disabling. Sitting in cross legged position and squatting should be avoided. Calcium suppliment can be taken without any harm. Use hot fomentation and diclofenac gel.
