Urea is a moisturiser naturally present in healthy skin. In many dry skin conditions the skins natural Urea levels are reduced which leads to further moisture loss. Cotaryl cream actively helps replenish the Urea lost when the skin becomes dry and improves the skins ability to retain moisture.

Benefits of Cotaryl cream :

A lasting increase in moisture content in the skin leaving it smooth and supple.
A significant reduction in skin roughness and tightness.
Helps prevent further moisture loss.

Cotaryl cream is recommended for dry and hyperkeratotic skin, hyperkeratosis (abnormal thickening of the outer layer of the skin), Ichthyosis (dry, scaling skin), eczema, and Cracked feet.

Direction for use:
Apply to affected skin two or three times a day

Use under medical supervision

For cracked heel we always try to find out the cause of it and treat that accordingly. Advise - wear soft slippers, do not walk bare foot, avoid harsh soap. Apply moisturizer like vaseline twice daily cotaryl/ moisturex/ xerina cream works wel in such cases. If there is ny eczematous changes den topical steroid can be added. Thanks.take care.

Higher concentration may give you faster results. But it needs to be ascertained whether higher concentration (such as urea 40%, which is a strong keratolytic) products are safe to use for the condition that you have. Please consult a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and personalised advice.

Yes you can use it. It is safe to use on face. There are alternatives like Nivea body soft cream or Atogla lotion. Use it twice daily - after bath and before going to bed.
