Do exercise like plank, push ups, sit ups, swimming, skipping, weight lifting exercise. Follow a balanced diet. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Eat vegetables, whole fruits, whole grain, whole wheat, brown bread, brown rice. Eat small amount of food. Take more protein foods like lean meat, fish like tuna, egg white, cottage cheese, soy product, mushroom, tofu, hemp seed. You can use whey protein or other protein shake after workout. Use healthy fat like fish oil, coconut oil, almond, walnut, flax seed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed. Drink lots of water and stay always hydrated. Sleep well.
