For weight gain, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. You can include paneer/potato/dal stuffed chapati, dal khichdi, mashed paneer in any form in your diet.
