Complex B Forte Tablet contains Calcium Pantothenate, Folic Acid, Nicotinamide, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2, and Vitamin B6.

B-complex won't improve your bp. In fact if you have low bp you should eat salty things like salt biscuit, pickles, add little salt to the curd rice you eat.
