Miniscar Cream is effective in reducing scarring and scar tissues. Scars resulting due to burns, injuries, acne, post surgery etc.

Role of key ingredients:
Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) have antioxidant and antiinflammatory activity. Similarly, Kumari (Aloe barbadensis) accelerates the process of scar healing by enhancing the collagen turnover in the scar tissue. It also improves the microcirculation. Babul (Acacia arabica) acts as an astringent.

Removes the scar from minor burns, injury, acne.

Dosage:
To be applied on the affected area twice / thrice a day after mild cleansing.

For six pack. You have to do abdomen exercise in gym by consult trainer but take nutrition. Take proteins as much. Start chyavanprash 1 tsp in morning.

Cold compresses can help reduce swelling in the area. Cooling also helps to numb sharp pain. Apply an ice pack for up to 20 minutes, up to five times a day. Use a frozen gel pack, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or a bag of frozen peas. Wrap the cold pack in a soft towel. Do not apply a cold pack directly to skin.
