Information about Calvit LC Tablet

Calvit LC Tablet mainly contains Calcium, Vitamin D3, and L-lysine. It provides essential minerals which are helpful in formation of bone.

Calcium plays a very important role in the body. It is necessary for normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscle, and bone. If there is not enough calcium in the blood, then the body will take calcium from bones, thereby weakening bones.Thus intake of Calcium is necessary to keep the bones strong.
Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Having the right amounts of Vitamin D, Calcium, and Phosphorus is important for building and keeping strong bones.

Calvit LC Tablets ensures proper supply of calcium required for the formation of bone. It is helpful in preventing bone breakage specially of spine bone. It is used as Supplementation of calcium during lactation and pregnancy, Hypocalcemia, Osteomalacia, Osteoporosis and other calcium deficiency diseases. It is also used in treatment of calcium deficiency, rickets, chronic renal failure, skin irritations, minor skin infections etc.

Directions of use:
Usually one or two tablets to be taken in one day orally with hot or cold water or to be taken as suggested by physician.

You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Body pain is there after gym activity due to tiredness and you need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and body pain. You have to reduce the weight by walking minimum 3-4 kms per day. Slowly reduce the weight and slowly avoid adding salt in the diet which will help you to prevent water retention in the body. Excess salt in general leads to water in the body which might be the reason for you legs to pain as the leg will automatically become oedematous.

It's minor crack so you need not be worrier about it. Only thing is she will experience pain while walking and while getting up. It's because our hamstring muscle origins from ischium. As bone healing progresses pain goes down. Using ice packs and mild analgesics will help. You can continue with whatever medications given.

I am 61yrs. Male and feel pain in bottom bone in sitting posture. As I have not recollect any injury. I got x-ray of coccyxap/lateral 1-inferior segment of coccyx is displaced posteriorly. 2- rest of bones and joints under viee are normal 3-soft tissues are normal. I am takings only tab. Calvit k2 as suggested by doctor. Kindly suggest.

Displaced coccyx takes abit longer time to get to normal. You need to care a lot in day to day life along with other treatments. Avoid taking too much of painkillers. Instead you can have a transdermal patch on the skin which has minimum side effects on you.

Hello Dr. Since few months I have pain in my hands fingers and in my legs and most importantly pain in chest but only at a single point and when I press my chest at that point pain increases. Doctor did my chest xray vitamin d3 vitamin b12 calcium phosphorus cholesterol levels and arthritis testing rh factor and ana. My arthritis testing are normal. Chest x ray are normal. My vitamin d3 in 3 and my cholesterol level is 232. Doctor gave me flanil twice a day and calvit lc single a day nd cort single a day. But I am worried about my chest pain. Doctor says it is not related with heart. But I worried about by chest pain is it because of heart or something else?

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains? Is there stiffness also? How is your appetite? R you constipated? Any problem in urine? I need details of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5.
