Information about Calday Tablet

Calday tablet is a combination of Calcium with Vitamin D3( Cholecalciferol) and minerals like zinc, and magnesium and it is used as calcium supplement supplement.
Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets.Calcium is important for growth and development of bones. Vitamin D3( Cholecalciferol) that is used in the absorption of calcium in the blood. Vitamin D3 helps in processing of essential minerals in the body like Calcium and Phosphorus. Lack of Vitamin D3 results in bone weakening, bone pain, and skin diseases. Other minerals like zinc and magnesium are necessary for bone mineralization and bone matrix formation
Calday is a nutritional supplement which can be taken by people who have low levels of calcium in their blood. Calday is used in elderly people to keep bones healthy and strong, and is even effective in Chronic arthritis and Osteoporosis.

Benign, or noncancerous, tumors in the uterus can cause heavy bleeding or long periods. Benign growths in the uterine lining (endometrium) can cause a heavy or prolonged period. These growths are known as polyps, when the growth is made up of endometrial tissue, or fibroids, when the growth is made up of muscle tissue In most cases, the cause is not known. Known causes of abnormal uterine bleeding include polyps, fibroids, endometriosis, medication, infection and some forms of contraception. Symptoms of abnormal uterine bleeding Symptoms include: heavy (more than 80 ml) or prolonged (more than eight days) blood loss during the menstrual period. If you think you may be experiencing heavy menstrual bleeding, you may find it useful to keep a pictorial blood loss assessment chart bleeding or spotting between periods (intermenstrual bleeding) cramping and pain in the lower abdomen fatigue. Causes of abnormal uterine bleeding While in many cases, it is not possible to determine the exact cause, there are a number of reasons a woman may experience abnormal uterine bleeding. Some of the known causes of abnormal uterine bleeding include: spontaneous miscarriage in pregnancy ectopic pregnancy ? lodgement of the fertilised egg in the slender fallopian tube instead of the uterine lining hormonal disorders ? conditions such as hypothyroidism (low levels of thyroxine), polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and hyperprolactinemia can disrupt the menstrual cycle ovulatory dysfunction ? this is when the ovary does not release an egg each month. I am 36 years old my xray report shows osteopytic spurring are seen in c2 vertebra &small posterior osteophytes spurring are seen in c5&c6 vertebrae. Generalised osteoporosis noted. Wht does this mean?

it's due to loss of bone mineral density, start with high calcium rich diet along with calcium rich food, and Tab.calday once daily after food for 3 months along with calcerol sachets weekly once into 8 weeks will help

I am 50 years old. Want to reduce from 95 to 85 kg. I daily run and walk for 40 minutes, Aerobics 20 Minutes, Yoga and meditation 50 Minutes. Active day routine. My diet intake is 1500-1700 cal./day No extra carbs. Chapati, Subji, Fruits, Cow Milk, Green Tea and three cups of Milk tea. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner No Junk Food and outside food. Three glass warm water and Lemon to start my day.

eliminate chapati and fruits. add tons of salad and beans every day. No sweet food at all. replace milk with yogurt... everything else continue... in 2 to 3 months you will be reaching target. if you fail, seek personalised help. Good luck.
