Calcinol syrup is a combination of calcium, vitamin D3(calcitriol), vitamin B12 and minerals like magnesium and it is used as bone joint supplement.

Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets.Calcium is important for growth and development of bones.

Your hip bone is week due to age factor i think. U need to apply teel oil on your hip everyday. Have a glass of milk with 1 teaspoon of homemade ghee and dont add sugar to it. Have this combination of milk twice a day. Have white unpolished teel seeds everyday after food. U may have it with sounf also. Plz start some exercises at home so that your weight doesnt increase. Like walk in the house or spot jogging if possible or suryanamaskar. Avoid cold foods. All this will help u.
