Please find my observations below. 1. There can be slight variation in measurement of kidney when measured by doctors using different machines. There is a concern only when kidney size is less than 8.0 cms in length. Your kidneys are normal in both scans. 2. There are 3 stones in the lower pole of right kidney. These are small and can be dissolved by drinking adequate water and also reducing acidic urine. 3. There is a medicine called alkasol which will reduce acidity in urine and decrease the chance of stone formation and growth.
