PCOS is not completely curable though the symptoms can be kept under control by lifestyle modification and medications ( as per symptoms)
Lifestyle modification includes:
1) Avoiding weight gain
2) Daily exercises
3) Brisk walk everyday for 30 min
4) To eat small meals at regular intervals
5) Avoid sweets, potatoes and fried foods
6) Include Oats, porridge, fruits, dry fruits, sprouts, vegetables, lentils , fish, egg , curd etc in your diet..
You also need to take long term medications as per symptoms..
