Direction for use:

Increase intake of water. Avoid sun. use sunscreen Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 apply half an hour before Sun Exposure. Apply Biluma Cream/ MelaGlow Rich for application once at night for 2 months.

You need to avoid sun exposure .apply Bioderma's photoderm spot spf 50 sunscreen in between 10 to 4.00 pm. Half an before steeping out.

Spf 50 does provide more protection. If you go out too much in sun than you should definitely use spf 50.

Sun protection is must. Use Sunscreen La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF50 Dry Touch / Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 before Sun Exposure. Increase Water intake.
