Which one is good Bifilac tablets or Darolac tablets? Which one is more effective?
Hi lybrate-user Darolac is a capsule used for disturbance in bowel like loose motions, indigestion and loose motion after taking antibiotics. It works by killing harmful bacterial growth, improving digestion and restoring normal flora and inhibiting the growth of bad bacteria and minimizing the death of good bacteria, reducing the excessive secretion of water and electrolytes in gut. Bifilac comes as capsule as well as sachet used in Gastrointestinal infections and bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria, providing good bacteria to the gut, inhibiting the growth of bacteria, killing the harmful bacteria and increasing the immune system. So first we have to decide the cause then we can prescribe only and if you are allergic or having liver or kidney disease then we can't give you these medicines.
