1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Hii, doctor I have black spots, pimple and scars on my face. I try many cream from 2-3 months but no response. Cream like bajaj nomarks, nivea dark spots reduction etc. But marks are asedes they are not remove or as well as not light or faded. Plse suggest me best cream Doctor.

Aclind gel or D acne plus gel once daily for pimples. For marks. Demelan cream to be applied twice weekly at night (very little on affected area only). Even better treatment would be to do peels. Combination fruit peels can be done once in a month to remove all pimple marks.

Drink water much green coconut water sbl ferrum phos 3x / 6 tabs 3 times a day for 21 days then report me food stop outside food/ specially oily/ any fast food, package food.

I have a normal skin but sometime it seems to be dry and also have a dark patch what can be best done for that.

To maintain the skin health and reduce the dry skin condition follow this - 1.Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. 2.Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. 3.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. 5.You can mix some oils like ? Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.
