I want to know that at what time Shankhpushpi should be consumed, after meals or before meals?
Consume 3-6 grams of Shankhpushpi powder with sugar and milk every morning to improve memory power. The power taken along with bach makes children intelligent, sharp and bright. It promotes overall intelligence.

I am 25 years old. I wanted to increase my memory. So I am taking ashwagandha, brahmi and shankhpushpi together. Please suggest what should dosage and should I take them in empty stomach or not if I am taking them together with warm water?

U have to exercise for body building. All other medicines r not so useful. Proper diet with high protein is enough.

I have headache from last 20 years. Pain in neurons and can't sleep well. I am using shankhpushpi syrup from 8 months and problem is not solved. What I can do now.

Hi take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with honey. Avoid tea and coffee.
