Rasraj Ras Tablet is a combination of Ras Sindoor, Makoi ras, Abhrak Bhasma, Swarna Bhasma, Lauha Bhasma, Raupya Bhasma, Bang Bhasma, Ashwagandha, Laung, Javitri, Jaiphal, Kakoli, and Ghrit kumari.

Rasraj Ras is an Ayurvedic medicine, with herbal and mineral ingredients, in tablet form. It is used in treating neuro-muscular conditions. It is also called as Rasaraj Ras.
Rasraj Ras is used in the treatment of paralysis, hemiplegia, locked jaw, facial palsy, hearing defects, dizziness, and such other diseases caused due to Vata imbalance. It helps to strengthen nerves and muscles and cerebral disorders heart diseases

Directions of use:-
125 mg to 250 mg, 1 2 tablets once or twice a day before or after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.

Use under medical supervision.

Triphala juice from Baidyanath contains the goodness of Triphala, a mixture of amla, bibhitaka and haritaki. This herbal medicine acts as an astringent and mild laxative. It tones up the function of digestive system and relieves constipation and other symptoms associated with it like loss of appetite, heaviness in abdomen etc. It is useful in dyspepsia, diarrhea, piles, impurity of blood and haemorrhage. It is also indicated in eye diseases. This pure juice contains many vitamins and minerals beneficial for our body. It comes in a 1 litre bottle. Triphala Churna can be taken in dosage of 3 to 5 grams (around 1 tsp.) with warm water for losing weight. It can be taken 2 to 3 times a day.

Hi! you must be suffering with GERD in which you have to first stop taking too much of water replace it with butter milk added 1 tea spoon of Hinguastaka choorna when ever you feel thirsty. Keep your diet bland no spices or heavy diet. Take Syp. Coolmelon 10 ml thrice daily. Take small meal frequently to avoid over stuffing your stomach. Consult an ayurvedic physician for further management.

U have to exercise for body building. All other medicines r not so useful. Proper diet with high protein is enough.
