Avene lip balm contains Pre-tocopheryl, and Thermal Spring Water. Pre-tocopheryl is anti-oxidizing which protects the skin from germs by creating a barrier. Thermal Spring Water has healing properties, and it soothes irritated skin immediately. Avene lip balm offers SPF 30 protection to broken skin on nose, ears, and lips. It protects the skin against both short and long UVA and UVB radiation. This is a paraben-free solution that is especially water-resistant. This restores natural skin fibres and improves how well the lips are hydrated. This has a non-oily texture and is fully invisible to ensure that it can be carefully applied onto the skin. The SPF 30 lip balm should be used directly on the lips before going outside.

Directions for use:

It is called safe period of family planning but it is unsafe meaning high failure rate. In a woman having 28 days regular cycle safe period is considered as from day 1 to 10 and 17 to 28 counting from first day of last period. If periods have different cycle depending on that counting changes.

It is beneficial to use two coats of sunscreen spf 15 or above: once in the morning (20 mins before you step out in sun) and second coat should be around 1pm (in the noon) use an umbrella (preferably black with silver inner lining) when you step out in sun to avoid direct contact with sun. Avoid self medication with otc topical medications. Hydrate yourself.

Dear , follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like.You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits ( Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes.
