7-8 days ago I was having difficulty in pooping. It was so tight that I had to push it so hard still I couldn't poop well. The next day when I poop it was paining and some blood came with poop. I am not sure if it's piles or it's wound inside because of that hard poop. But I took arshkalp capsule for 6 days. Now I don't have that much pain but blood is still coming with poop. Pain is reduced but still I have pain while pooping only. Earlier it was whole day after pooping. Kindly guide me what problem it can be and what should I follow.

The medicine can heal the wound but if the anal muscle is tight then the wound will recur again and again so first of all use indian style toilet, if you are using commode toilet, then use toilet step stool, commode toilet is unnatural for humans, western toilet increases constipation. Since constipation is a bigger factor behind piles & fissure. If you are feeling itching & burning, your anal muscles become unusually tight, this is symptoms of anal fissure, also don't go for any anal surgery fissurectomy or laser, your anus grip can be loose after surgery & it takes too much time to heal the anus wound, by that time you will also suffer pain and trouble, you should get some ayurvedic therapies like ayurvedic matra basti, ayurvedic kshar karma & anal dilatation. After that you will never have a fissure again. You'll be fine in just 10 days. We will provide you demo video for the treatment procedure, please contact us for more details at sushruta clinic, new delhi-45.

For thyroid disorders stemming from the over- or under-production of thyroid hormones, you want to try to restore the hormone levels to their proper balance. Hyperthyroidism needs treatment that will slow down the making of thyroid hormone, while hypothyroidism needs hormone replacement. Drugs and surgery are usually effective ways to adjust hormone levels before going for any medication, proper consultation is required. You may need to discuss it in detail.

Dear, follow these best method to get fast relief from piles: *. Fill a tub with luke warm water. Put a stool in centre of tub and sit onstool. Note that your hips are within the water. Sit for 10-15 minute. It willrecover your swelling. You can add 1/2 tea spoon of salt and neem leaves 5-10 in water for fast recovery. * apply glycerine or coconut oil dipped cotton gauze on the anus in night. *. Diet plays very important role. Eat a lot of leafy vegetables, high roughage food (oat meals, daliya, corn). These diet softens your stools and anus feels little pressure during defeacation (stool extraction) and recover fastly. *avoid cheese, egg, potatoes, westren foods (burgers, pizza, white bread etc), soft drinks. These foods enhances constipation and can increase the swelling. *do not sit on couch for a long time. Walk for atleast 2-3 minutes in 3-4 hours. *take half tea spoon of turmeric (haldi powder), a pinch of carom (ajwain. Add then in a glass of water. Boil it for 2-3 minutes. Swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding. Other factors that increase the risk for getting hemorrhoids include constipation, diarrhea, lifting heavy objects, poor posture, prolonged sitting, pregnancy, eating a diet low in fibre, anal intercourse, and being overweight. Liver damage and some food allergies can also add stress to the rectal veins. People who consistently eat a high-fiber diet are less likely to get hemorrhoids, while those people who prefer a diet high in processed foods are at higher risk. A low-fiber diet or inadequate fluid intake can cause constipation, which can contribute to hemorrhoids in two ways: it promotes straining on the toilet people do not consider homeopathy medicine for piles at its early stages and this is one of the reason why they end up under a surgeon's knife.
