Some tips for weight loss :- 1) Add honey to your child diet. 2) Give your child liquids to keep hydrated. 3) Give some raw fruits and vegetables. 4) Give a healthy breakfast and snacks. 5) Avoid processed foods, packaging foods, bakery items. 6) Keep your child engaged in activity rather than exercise. 7) yoga 8) Give atleast 4 to 5 meals in a day. 9) Don't skip meals and especially breakfast. 10) Get qualityful sleep. Some foods for weight loss :- 1) Honey and Lemon water 2) Green tea 3) Mint leaves 4) Warm water 5) Fennel seeds 6) Cinnamon 7) Limit sweetened drinks 8) Apple 9) Pistachio 10) Dark chocolate.

Gain weight healthily by eating 5-6 meals a day, even if they are slightly smaller than usual. Make sure each meal includes healthy, calorie-dense foods like nuts and full-fat dairy, as they will help you gain more weight without feeling too full. If you don?t feel like you can eat more, drink liquid calories like 100% juices or smoothies because, since they tend to be less filling than food, they allow you to consume more calories overall. Eat healthy foods that are calorie-dense. When you're trying to gain weight it's important to maximize the amount of calories you can consume with each meal and snack. Calorie-dense foods are items that are high in calories per serving.Consume these foods with each meal and snack. Calorie dense foods to incorporate into your diet include: nuts and nut butters, avocados, full-fat dairy products (cheese, yogurt and milk), butter and oil, and eggs. Also use full-fat condiments like regular mayonnaise, full-fat cream cheese or full-fat salad dressings. Strength training activities include: weight lifting, isometric exercises (push-ups or crunches) and Pilates. Strength training does burn calories, just not as many as aerobic activities. Not feeling appetite although I have used many liver tonic and anzime and digestive tonic also.

Do some excercise daily, whatever you feel like. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Sleep well, 6-8 hours at night take smaller and frequent meals.
