All 9 Pih Tablet contain Coenzyme Q10, Docosahexaenoic acid, Calcium, Magnesium, Selenium, L-methylfolate, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxal 5-phosphate and Vitamin D3.

DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) is a nutritional supplement, prescribed for the neonates, children, adults, pregnant women and lactating mothers. DHA can promote mental development in neonates and infants up to four months of age. DHA in combination with Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) is recommended for the treatment of high cholesterol, heart diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, renal disorders, asthma and ulcerative colitis.

Hydroquinone is not a steroid, it is a phenol derivative used to treat hyperpigmentation. It is not safe to use for a long time. For active pimples use clindymycin/ b.peroxide/ adapalene cream or whatever cream used earlier prescribed by a dermatolgist. Start treatment of pih once the lesions of acne are gone and fully treated. Thanks.

Do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced diet. Avoid garlic and red chilly, non veg and eggs. Take light dinner and before 8pm.

These are only based upon your medical examination. Otherwise it is not necessary that you will develop pih in second pregnancy also. You have to atleast 7 month after lscs.

Hello. You can use niacinamide. Also you can use azelic acid (aziderm 20% gel) for dark spots apply lil amount on pih spots for 30 min at night and wash. It can cause little irritation for some people. So be careful while applying if no irritation you can apply for 1 hour and wash. Slowly after a month you can keep it over night. Sunscreen is a must.

Hello, Melaglow is safe and effective treatment though it is milder it does not have side effects. You can use it for long time to get good results. You can add Etiglow face wash along with it. Also it is very important to use sunscreen strictly as during treatment skin is sensitive.
