Alfa Caps Plus Softgel contains Alfacalcidol, Calcium Carbonate and Zinc as the main ingredients.
Alfacalcidol is Vitamin D-hormone analog, which gets converted to calcitriol in the body. Alfa Caps Plus Softgel is important for maintaining proper calcium amount in the body.
Vitamin D plays an important role in regulating calcium balance and maintaining bone metabolism, elemental calcium makes up for the calcium deficiency.
Calcium carbonate is a mineral that is required for the formation of bones and maintaining them. Calcium carbonate is required to prevent breakage of bones. Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets.

Stop it. You are suffering from allergic contact dermatitis. Medicine available for good improvement. As the treatment varies depending on the severity. Send photos of the affected area, for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

I did see anyway you are a patient, why did you need immunity boost. Breastfeeding is good activity. It helps mother a lot in different ways. Whatever raw materials in food items you take like green vegetables, colourful salad with fruits, yogurt, milk and any dry fruits. If you would like to have supplements you can have folate, calcium, vitamins D3. But early morning sun bath is best.
