Information about Adeno Cobal Syrup

Adeno Cobal Syrup contains Adenosylcobalamin, Beta carotene, Carbonyl iron, Vitamin E, and Folic acid (Vitamin B9).
Folic acid is used in the indication of folate deficiency, megaloblastic anemia in pregnancy, malabsorption syndromes and antiepileptic therapy. Vitamin B9 (Folic acid) is recommended for females planning pregnancy and should take 1-3 months prior to conception; this reduces the risk of neural tube defects.
Vitamin E is acts as a powerful antioxidant which slows down the process that damages cells.
Adeno Cobal Syrup is commonly prescribed as supplement in:

I have GERD and sliding hiatus hernia, a PPI dependant since 2006. Recently, endoscopy report says few erosions at lower esophagus and small hiatus hernia. What will be the best treatment option for me? Please help me to save from cancer.

Best option would be a fundoplication surgery, usually done laparoscopically. If would prevent the sliding hernia aswell as provide relief from the GERD. Hello sir, my father is effected with rectum cancer, biopsy report shows well differentiated adeno carcinoma .doctors confirmed stage 3 and they said radiation with chemo which is oral pills (capecitabine) then after surgery. Could you please tell me is it curable cancer. My father age is 62.

The treatment suggested by the doctors is as per the standard guidlines and totally correct. The rectal cancer presenting in stage three has 5 year survival ranging between 40-65% depending upon stage iiia iiib iiic. That means at end of 5 years 40-65 % patients who received treatment are alive.

My father, 67 year old, had 3 cycles of chemotherapy for adeno carcinoma, last cycle done in July 2019. He is diabetic with hypertension and irregular heart beat. He currently in great pain and bed ridden. Someday he looks like recovering and someday it feels like his health is deteriorating. Can his pain can be reduced?

Hi My mother of aged 69 years suffering from final stage stomach metastatic adeno carcinoma Ascites fluid collecting in abdomen very quickly We thrice removed of fluid by paracentesis in month about 2 to 3 liter each time. As per oncology advise we are not gone for chemotherapy treatment because of age factor. How often paracentesis can be done and how much water can remove each time?

Yes, definitely elderly do very bad with chemotherapy and should be given only in patients having good performance status and nutrition status. In those who has both of these on lower side should have some other options which does not have much side effects. If you don't treat primary disease then frequency to collect fluid in abdomen will start increasing may be you need to take it out so often like 3 to 4 days.
