From its action on the sympathetic, Alfalfa favourably influences nutrition, evidenced in toning up the appetite and digestion resulting in greatly improved mental and physical vigor, with gain in weight.

Alfalfa Tonic and Alfa Malt both are good for weight gain. Alfalfa mother tincture is also good for weight gain but you can gain weight more easily with Alfalfa tonic and Alfalfa malt.

For weight gain you do some exercise and if no weight gain after taking food .their is imperfect digestion. So no absorption. So no weight gained.
