anxiety and depression is one of the major reason for early skin aging, but there may various reasons of it. Sunscreens are used to protect the skin from the harmful effects of the sun. They help to prevent sunburn and premature aging such as wrinkles, leathery skin. Wearing sunscreen does not mean that you can stay out longer in the sun. Sunscreens cannot protect against all of the sun's radiation. There are various types of sunscreens available in many forms like cream, lotion, gel, stick, spray, lip balm. you may need to seek right consultation before using any of these products.

You can use face creams with 40 SPF .To treat dark complexion, there are several methods. Gram Flour, tomato juice, Papaya Juice, Oatmeal-honey DIY, Raw Cocoa Butter, Raw Shea butter or Raw Mango Butter, yogurt etc. Lemon is beneficial too. But, I would not suggest to use Lemon juice directly on skin. It is highly acidic and has very low pH value. You can dilute it with water and mix honey within the solution. It is also beneficial.

To remove the acne scars, Use Kojic acid cream with vitamin C at bedtime. In the morning apply sunscreen: Sunprotek by salve pharma.
