अलास्पान 10 एमजी टॅब्लेट (Alaspan 10Mg Tablet) अँटीहिस्टामाइन म्हणून कार्य करते, ज्यामुळे हिस्टामाइनचे परिणाम कमी होते, ज्यामुळे हंगामी एलर्जीची लक्षणे दिसतात जसे डोळ्यातून पाणी वाहणे , खाज सुटणे, शिंका येणे आणि वाहणारे नाक. हे अंगावर उठणार्या पित्ताच्या गाठी आणि इतर त्वचेच्या प्रतिक्रियांचा प्रभावीपणे उपचार करते.
