The medication is composed of Clindamycin and Clotrimazole. It is used for the treatment of vaginal discharge. The drug prevents bacterial growth in the vaginal tract by inhibiting the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

The medicine also stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from making their protective covering. It works by disrupting the Cell Membrane formation of the Fungal Infection. This eventually causes the fungus to perish.
