First treat your constipation with lot of fluid, fibre indiet and isabgol husk. You can try tab raciper l once a day before breakfast. Avoid spicy food. if no relief consult a gastro specialist and get ugi endoscopy.

As usualy in night ,can due GERD. Try raciper l one tab/day before breakfast. Light dinner. Gap of 2 hours between dinner and going to bed.Less tea,coffee and spicy food. Cant comment regarding ayurveda.

You are having chronic cough, which more in night.It can be due to GERD. Try raciper l one tab before breakfast,avoid heavy/spicy meal specialy dinner. If no releif consult pulmologist/respiratory physician for evaluation and proper cause of cough.

Yes ,GERD can be cause.If obese,you might be having OSA. Take raciper l 1 tab once /day before breakfast. Reduce weight if obese.

Sir,this was replied earlier also.As all reports are normal and cough only in the morning,you can try raciper l 1tab/once day before breakfast and telekast f at bed time.It will settle down with weather warming up.

Improve your diet and meal schedule
1. Take 2/3 glasses of warm water in the morning
2. Go for morning walk for 30 mts
3. Take meals regularly at fixed hrs
4. No fried/ no spicy/ no junk/ no fast food
5. Take less milk/ no salad
6. Take curd
7. Have good sound sleep for 6- 8 hrs
8. Eat simple bland diet
9. Can have some fruits
10 take more water during day.
11. No alcohol
12. No smoking
13. Try for 15 days and report.
